esa barlow ¿tiene la lente en el extremo inferior o está "en medio" del tubo???

Hola,
No te fies. En algún caso te dicen que estos telescopios llevan barlow o incluso a veces ni lo dicen (los venden como focal 1000 a pesar de ser 500 + barlow).
Al grano, estos telescopios suelen llevar una barlow integrada que se pone por medio de una rosca y hace que quede la lente muy baja. Mira a ver si tu aparato lleva una rosca de ese tipo porque si es asà se puede conseguir algo de ese tipo.

Eso que dices de que enfoca muy cerca, no te austes. Mi mak tiene una distancia mÃnima de enfoque de 15 metros. En problema es que no enfoque a lo lejos. Has pruebas para ver donde pierde el foco tu telescopio, enfocando objetos cada vez mas alejados. MIra también si puedes enfocar con alguna cámara réflex a foco primario ( sin el objetivo de la cámara y sin el ocular del telescopio).

Os cuento lo que me pasa a mÃ, tengo un PST nuevecito, le compro la barlow modular de Baader y no consigo hacer foco, ni con la canon ni con los oculares. Si le pongo la cutre-barlow que me venÃa con un Maksutov, entonces sà enfoca. La Baader no va en el extremo inf del tubo, va más hacia dentro, sin embargo la cutre sÃ. La Baader lleva aros de extensión y demás, lo he probado todo y nada, con el PST no funciona.
Cosa curiosa, si a la cutre le añado la Baader, entonces consigo foco.
De ahà que creo que el lugar donde esté la lente te influye si tu telescopio no tiene el recorrido de enfoque suficiente, que es el caso del PST.
